Family Tree Behavioral Care, LLC (FTBC)  was founded based on the mission to provide expert applied behavior analysis to families, educators, and clinicians in Southwest Florida. Our approach is compassionate and thorough; we take time to understand your concerns and needs so that we can develop an individualized plan of care to help you achieve your immediate and long-term goals. A doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who utilizes the most up-to-date and empirically supported methods available to achieve your family’s unique and dynamic goals, oversees our services.

We value a team approach to your care.  FTBC has a network of qualified and specialized consultants with unique expertise who, as a team, can target a diverse set of presenting problems and goals. We coordinate our care with family members and, when indicated, other professionals such as primary care doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, respite providers, and school or vocational support personnel.

Applied behavior analysis (ABA) utilizes objective measures and function-based, empirically-supported interventions that are designed to explain and improve socially significant behaviors. We focus on helping you understand relationships between behavior and its surrounding environment, empowering you to make meaningful behavioral changes. Our methods are based on behavioral principles and are technological in nature, which contributes to their effectiveness during therapy, at home, school, and the community.
